I begin every project by drawing on Socratic inquiry, asking fundamental questions to ensure every initiative is purposeful and necessary — such as: Does the user truly need this? How will it help them? Are we duplicating existing experiences? This approach surfaces hidden needs and prevents wasted effort, setting a strong ethical foundation for the work.
After defining the core problem, I lead with heavy research and light design — grounding every decision in best practices and industry standards. I turn findings from sources like Baymard and NN/g into actionable guidelines and deliverables, such as usability checklists or interaction patterns, ensuring each solution is effective, accessible, and meets users’ needs.
Last, I rigorously test and refine deliverables through user testing, results analysis, and close QA collaboration — ensuring each solution is ethical, user-centered, accessible, and truly addresses the core problem. This results in digital experiences that are not only compliant and trustworthy, but also genuinely support user well-being.
